Help registering to use DigiTS

If you are having difficulty registering please follow the steps below:

  • check that you received the account activation email (you may need to check your spam/junk folder)
  • if you received this email more than an hour ago you will need to register again
  • contact CCS to confirm that your organisation is set up to use DigiTS
  • Registration Issues

Note: If your organisation is set up but has lots of domain names or a unique domain name that has not been added to your organisation’s profile, your admin user will need to contact CCS to add them, so you can register for an account.

If your organisation is not set up to use DigiTS yet you won't be able to register. Your DigiTS admin user will tell you when DigiTS is available.

If your organisation is set up to use DigiTS you will need to check:

  • if your browser is up to date Unsupported Browser
  • if your IT department has approved the relevant websites and email addresses

When your browser is updated you will need to start the registration process again.
